Free Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.

Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 10 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order.

Noted that all seasonal items are final sale.

Easy Return and Exchange Process:

1. Email customer care at jonahspurse@gmail.com if you would like a refund. Please have package label and image of the item if defective.
2. We will honor the return policies with AliExpress. We will contact them on our we process a return.
3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account.
